Those chocks are used safely in vertical position or at an angle of maximum 15º. The bowl type can also eliminate the horizontal vibrations due to its design. The rubber hardness is 55 shore, Q=kg/mm, max. load/flexion at 20º
● We also produce bowl-type chocks with a rubber hardness of 40 shore. The supporting value, Q=kg, is ½ kg less.
● When bowl type vibration chock are used in the ship's exhaust system, heat insulation material should be placed between the carrier bracket and the vibration chock.
For example; 10 - 20 mm thick Fiber and others.
