The cone type fenders that we are producing generally are shown the same characteristics with Er-cell type fenders. However, as seen in cell type tests at reaction force, it is inflated at during force. This value is a deformation around maximum % 55-57.5 of -H- height. 

 However, Er-Cone type fenders, as seen at the tests when the fender is inflated at reaction forces, the shield at the upper part of the cone fender is entered into flat rubber fender at seam during inflation and in case of more force, the part of the height of the shield in (F) are also entered into inflated fender. Because of this feature, the deformation in H: height of cone fender is absorbed reaction force at %70-72.5 distance. Another feature of cone type fender is also absorbed reaction force by inflating itself and rubber stretching at angular forces coming to the fender laterally. 

 As seen at the tests, you can see the deformation in straight 10 ° and 15 ° angled shapes. 

 As test system, our company is made PIANC test with Lloyd and you for performance value  

 Please consult to our company for reaction and absorbed force performance values.  Because, it may varies according to the rubber hardness. Generally, we also can apply TSE: K. 46 Norms and other tests for fenders at our laboratory.

 

In the fender model ( A ), there is an apparatus that helps the fender to absorb a maximum of 70% + 2 by increasing the normal absorption amount of the " " size.

In the fender model ( B ), on the other hand, a steel panel of maximum 55% + 2 in accordance with the standard operation of the fender is directly mounted to the fender, resulting in a more durable connection.
