The water sucked in should not be able to return to ensure a better suction for the pumps. Rubber valves are used in our system and the bodies are made of plastic. Therefore, our valves can be used in any fluid systems containing water, oil, diesel fuel or acids without problem.

DOUBLE PORT CHECK VALVE
This valve system that we have produced is a system that can be used both two-way and one-way. The product is completely made of rubber. There is a ball that acts as a valve inside. The pipe connection parts are tightened with chrome clamps and the unused parts are closed with a blind plug. Adapters from R1 ¼” to R 3/8” size can be connected to the pipe connection points.
The purpose of being a tire is generally vibration in marine systems on ships and yachts, metal and plastic materials are more susceptible to cracking and breaking. For rubber, this is the opposite, it is quite resistant to stretching and vibration and absorbs vibration. It prevents the discharge, ensures the constant water flow in the air handling unit and ensures that it does not enter the drain pipe too much, and prevents the bad odors from going to the air conditioner in recycling and does not spread to the environment.
This system also prevents odors from coming back in yachts and sinks.
The check valve system you see below has double inlets. Water, air, etc. The pipes are connected (Drain) and exit from the discharge pipe. With the help of the ball inside the check valve, the outgoing water, air, etc. waste is not returned.
The check valve system you see below has a single inlet. It exits from the drain pipe by connecting the pipes (Drain). By mounting a blind plug on the unclamped part, water, air, etc. the drains hit the plug and direct them directly to the drain pipe. With the help of the ball inside the check valve, the outgoing water, air, etc. waste is not returned.
Exhaust Seal Valve
This type of valves are used ar the main engine exhaust discharge. They prevent the pressurized water caused by the waves from entering the engine when the engine is running. The sound and noise caused by the exhaust water are reduced by the valve, while the entry of any live or dead flotsam in to the engine is prevented. Ingress of water in to your engine results in much larger expenses. The rubber material of the valve is resistant against ozone, sea water and sun rays

RUBBER ELBOW AND FLAT CONNECTION ADAPTERS
You can connect two pipe ends of the same size or different sizes used in ships and yachts with rubber rubber elbows, or you can connect pipes of different sizes with straight adapters.
WHY IS IT USED?
Rubber rubber adapters are preferred to prevent metal cracking because metal materials do not have enough blowing in vibrating and vibrating places on ships and yachts. They are easy to connect.
